James Henrie brings more than 25 years of experience in structured finance, capital formation, and investment strategy, having structured over $350 million in financing for real estate projects. As a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Novo Inspire Studios, he applies his financial expertise to the development and financing of film and television projects, securing content rights, structuring project financing, and cultivating strategic partnerships with major studios and industry partners.

Over the past five years, James has played an integral role in financing and developing a portfolio of film and television projects representing more than $50 million in production activity. His experience spans the financial lifecycle of a project, from initial development and investment analysis through production financing, distribution, and monetization.

His expertise encompasses financial modeling, project budget planning, film and television market analysis, and sophisticated capital structures incorporating private equity, production lending, tax incentives, and distribution agreements. He evaluates investment opportunities across theatrical, streaming, television, and ancillary markets, aligning financial strategy with each project's commercial potential.

As Chief Investment Officer, James focuses on optimizing capital structures, mitigating investor risk, and maximizing potential returns through disciplined underwriting, strategic financing, and distribution planning. Working closely with producers, studios, financial institutions, and distribution partners, he helps align creative vision with commercial viability and long-term investment value.
