The company was founded by brothers David Henrie and Lorenzo Henrie, who began their careers on screen at a young age and have evolved into accomplished writers, directors, and producers. With decades of experience spanning hundreds of television episodes, studio and independent films, and multiple Emmy Awards, they bring a rare, lifelong perspective on storytelling, shaped from both in front of and behind the camera. Drawing on deep industry relationships, they lead the creative vision, developing stories that entertain, elevate and educate.

Completing the founding team is their father, James Henrie, who brings over three decades of experience in structured finance and large-scale dealmaking. His background in capital strategy and partnerships provides the business foundation behind the studio’s growth, balancing creative ambition with disciplined execution.

Rounding out the leadership team is Amanda Devine, a writer, producer, and development executive specializing in elevated, character-driven storytelling. As Head of Development, she helps shape and refine the studio’s slate, bringing a disciplined story lens that complements the founders’ creative vision and business strategy.
